The Man Behind
The Mission
Forged in Service.
Built for Purpose.
Morris Owusu is a United States Army veteran whose years of military service gave him something no business school can teach: the discipline to act decisively, the integrity to operate honorably, and the vision to think decades ahead.
Real estate investment is not merely a business for Morris it is a calling. He witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of housing instability on families and communities, and he made a commitment to be part of the solution.
Through Morris Real Estate Biz, he is building a portfolio of affordable housing and Section 8 communities that serve working families while generating stable, long-term returns for investors who share his vision.
Morris believes that the most powerful investments are those that create genuine value — not just financial returns, but lives improved, communities strengthened, and futures unlocked.
"I serve my investors the same way I served my country with complete commitment and zero compromise."
— Morris Owusu
